Responses to these exceedingly complicated and pedagogically stimulating questions usually range from the over-optimistic to the over-pessimistic. In any case, however, they always appear to induce thoughtful scepticism over issues that lie beneath debates and discussions about the modern school crisis, the need for educational reform and the innovative role and radical value of ICT use in education.
